Restaurant Manager

• Indefinite full-time contract of 40 hours per week and rotating shifts.

• At least 2 years of previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader
• Experience in integral team management in catering, preferably in high-volume environments such as fast-food chains.
• Ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Passion for people, excellent customer service, and teamwork.
• Energy, commitment, and a desire to develop professionally.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night), including weekends and holidays.
