Senior Operations Manager - KFC Franchise

• Permanent contract 40h, Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week.
• On-site modality: day-to-day activities are carried out in the field, constantly visiting the network's restaurants.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading multiple units (multi-unit management) in organized catering (QSR).
• Previous experience leading regional management teams and restaurant networks at a national level, with responsibility over P&L.
• Driving license is essential and full availability for continuous travel nationwide is required.
• Residency in Madrid, to facilitate travel.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital management and reporting tools.
• Leadership capacity, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and results orientation.
• Spanish is essential; intermediate-high level of English.

• Experience in fast-food chains such as Burger King, McDonald's, Popeyes, Starbucks, Domino's, or similar will be highly valued.

Southern Restaurants España (SRE), a KFC franchisee, is looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager to lead the operation of its entire restaurant network nationwide.

You will be responsible for ensuring that restaurants across the entire SRE network operate with excellence, comply with brand standards, and achieve their financial objectives, leading and developing the OPS Managers of each zone. You will act as a strategic reference to the COO, guaranteeing the operational consistency of the entire network and making decisions with autonomy within company policies.

• Define, execute, and monitor the operational strategy and priorities at a national level for the entire SRE network.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the OPS Managers.
• Assume responsibility for the national P&L: sales, EBITDA, and profitability of the entire network.
• Monitor Food Cost, Labor Cost, and productivity at a national level, demanding action plans in the event of deviations.
• Guarantee the consistent compliance of quality, service, food safety, and brand standards across all zones.
• Exercise autonomous decision-making capacity regarding spending, hiring, and operational priorities, acting as a senior reference to the COO.
• Safeguard the customer experience and brand reputation at a national level.
