To be a good fit, you should bring:

Training in Tourism, Hospitality, or related areas.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.

Ability to create and maintain a personalized and high-quality experience for every guest.

Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and service-oriented attitude, with a passion for direct customer interaction. High level of English, both spoken and written.

Availability and schedule flexibility (rotating shifts and weekends).

We will value knowledge of a third language and experience in using hotel management tools (PMS).

Your main duties will be:

Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing fast and effective solutions to guarantee a satisfactory experience.

Ensure maximum customer satisfaction during their stay, collaborating closely with the Guest Service department and other teams.

Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

Perform check-in and check-out tasks efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition for guests in coordination with the Housekeeping department.

Participate in periodic Guest Experience team meetings, sharing feedback and suggestions to improve service.

Promote the use of internal communication channels established by the company to ensure an adequate flow of information between departments.

Ensure compliance with the hotel's internal rules and procedures, acting according to the guidelines of superiors and the company's quality standard.

Participate in the creation and promotion of personalized experiences for guests, fostering their loyalty and satisfaction.
