At Staff Global Group we are recruiting flight attendants with Chinese and English for a major international congress to be held at IFEMA Madrid from October 23 to 27, 2026.

We are looking for dynamic, proactive people with a passion for customer service who want to be part of a top-tier event, providing support to international attendees.

• Attending to and assisting international attendees in Chinese and English.
• Support with accreditations.
• Access control.
• Guiding visitors within the venue.
• Support in meeting rooms and different congress areas.
• General support to the organization.

• Advanced level of Chinese (mandatory).
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).
• Availability during the congress dates.
• Previous experience in congresses, fairs, or events (highly valued).
• Excellent customer service skills, good presentation, and professional attitude.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.

💰 Salary: €9.36 gross/hour.

📄 Permanent discontinuous contract.

Buscamos personas dinámicas, resolutivas y con vocación de atención al público que quieran formar parte de un evento de primer nivel, dando soporte a asistentes internacionales.

• Atención e información a asistentes internacionales en chino e inglés.
• Apoyo en acreditaciones.
• Control de accesos.
• Orientación de visitantes dentro del recinto.
• Soporte en salas y diferentes áreas del congreso.
• Apoyo general a la organización.

• Nivel alto de chino (imprescindible).
• Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible).
• Disponibilidad durante las fechas del congreso.
• Experiencia previa en congresos, ferias o eventos (muy valorable).
• Excelente trato al público, buena imagen y actitud profesional.
• Persona resolutiva, proactiva y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

💰 Salario: 9,36 € brutos/hora.

📄 Contrato fijo discontinuo.
