The role

We are looking for a profile with high communication skills and customer orientation to take on the commercial and operational customer service for international clients, working in close collaboration with teams and clients in Europe and the United States.

The selected person will be the main point of contact for the client, both at a commercial and operational level, managing projects that combine customer experience, technology, and data analysis.

Sales area

Customer service and management of international clients.
Maintenance of the commercial relationship and account follow-up.
Participation in commercial meetings in English (oral and written).

Operations area

Operational management of totems with tablets installed at the client's premises.
Connection, disconnection, and transfer of totems between locations.
Handling of equipment with an approximate weight of 15–20 kg.
Logistical coordination during international travel and projects.

Essential requirements

High level of English, with oral and written fluency, to hold business meetings in English.
Full availability to travel, mainly through Europe and with recurring trips to the United States.

It is essential not to have a criminal record due to access and international mobility requirements.

Availability to work on Los Angeles time, with a time difference of approximately 9 hours relative to Spain.
Valid Class B driver's license.
