The role

🌍 Would you like to be part of important international congresses and experience them from the inside?

At Staff Global Group, we are selecting stewards and stewardesses to work at important international congresses that will be held at Fira Barcelona, from November 3 to 5, 2026.

We are looking for responsible, outgoing, and proactive people, with a high level of languages and a desire to be part of our team at large events.

What you'll do

Attention and orientation for attendees and speakers.
Access control and accreditation.
Support in rooms and information points.
General support for the event organization.

How you'll work

📍 Location

Fira Barcelona.

📅 Service dates

Event: Tuesday 3, Wednesday 4, and Thursday 5 of November.
Full availability is required for all three days. (until approx. 7 PM)

Specific schedules will be communicated during the selection process.

📄 Permanent seasonal contract.

Requirements

✅ Full availability from November 3 to 5.

✅ High level of English, Catalan, and Spanish.

✅ Good communication skills and customer orientation.

✅ Good appearance and positive attitude.

✅ Previous experience in congresses, fairs, or events is highly valued.

Uniform

Black blazer, black dress trousers, white button-down shirt and black dress shoes (flats or pumps).
