Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is essential)

*ESSENTIAL Bilingual level in Spanish and Catalan; a test will be conducted.

ESSENTIAL C1 Level OF ENGLISH
ESSENTIAL Experience in customer service within the contact center sector.
Keyboard agility.
