Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within the events, fairs, congresses, or similar environments sector. Experience working with exhibitors, attendees, corporate clients, or event organization will be especially valued.
Experience in B2B event environments, fairs, congresses, or corporate events is required.
Advanced level of English.
A very organized, dynamic, proactive, and resourceful person.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms will be positively valued.

The role

At StaffGlobal, we are looking to hire someone for a Customer Service position, working side by side with the organization of a major international event.

What you'll do

Be part of the Customer Success team, providing support and guidance to exhibitors during setup.
Attention and assistance to attendees and exhibitors during the registration process, mainly via e-mail.
Resolution of incidents and inquiries in an agile and efficient manner.
Telephone assistance and management of inquiries.
General support to the onsite team to guarantee a good experience for attendees and exhibitors.
Management and follow-up of the different needs that may arise during the project.

How you'll work

The position will be carried out mainly on-site at the Plaza España (Montjuïc) offices, combining some days of remote work.

The working day will be mainly Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with the following approximate distribution:

October: 3 days per week
November: 4 days per week
December: 4 days per week, with reduced hours during Christmas
January: 4-5 days per week
February: 5 days

Availability for the entire period is essential.
