As Merch Consultant - Project Manager, you are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers. You clearly explain our services and realize merchandise projects of €1-150k for leading brands in Europe. From this role, you can quickly grow within the sales team.

• You build relationships with customers and ensure they place their first order and come back.

• You contribute to process improvements and can grow into an important role within the sales team.

• You stay up to date with trends in the merchandise industry.

• You make improvement proposals for our product catalog based on customer input.

• You handle incoming phone calls (mostly potential customers).

• You focus on growing our English-speaking and Dutch-speaking customer base.
