The Role

As a Merch Consultant - Project Manager, you're the first point of contact for potential B2B clients. You clearly explain our services and deliver merchandise projects ranging from €1-150k for leading brands across Europe. From this role, you can quickly grow within our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships, secure first orders, and drive repeat business.

• Contribute to process improvements and grow into a key role within the sales team.

• Stay up to date on trends in the merchandise industry.

• Propose enhancements to our product catalog based on client feedback.

• Handle inbound calls (mostly from prospective clients).

• Grow both our English- and Dutch-speaking customer base.

• You have an analytical mindset at an academic level (field of study less important).

• You speak fluent English + one other preferred language (German, Dutch or French).
