What we're looking for
You advise with enthusiasm and empathy via phone and email.
You work in a highly structured, organized way.

You can work from our Rotterdam office, remote from Valencia, or remote within the European time zone.

The role
Merch Consultant - Project Manager (B2B)
As a Merch Consultant - Project Manager, you're the first point of contact for potential B2B clients. You clearly explain our services and deliver merchandise projects ranging from €1-150k for leading brands across Europe. From this role, you can quickly grow within our sales team.
What you'll do
Build strong client relationships, secure first orders, and drive repeat business.
Contribute to process improvements and grow into a key role within the sales team.
Stay up to date on trends in the merchandise industry.
Propose enhancements to our product catalog based on client feedback.
Handle inbound calls (mostly from prospective clients).
Grow both our English- and Dutch-speaking customer base.
