What you'll do
- Receive and attend to calls, visitors, and clients
- Coordinate courier and national and international mail (sending, receiving, and returns).
- Keep the reception area and the office in general clean and tidy (especially the meeting rooms).
- Supervise and replenish office supplies weekly (cleaning products, staff food, stationery…).
- Maintain the inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
- Handle minor purchases or dealings with local suppliers.
How you'll work
· Temporary replacement contract (immediate start, 6-month contract).
· 40 hours per week, distributed as follows: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Friday from 08:30 to 14:30.
