Management Controller

• Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years, with experience in a specialized transport or logistics operator being highly valued.
• Analytical skills / Planning and organization
• Advanced user of SAP and Excel.

• Participate in the preparation of budgets together with the DCP:
  • Work in a coordinated manner with area managers regarding the processing of information for the budget.
  • Ensure compliance with established deadlines.
• Organize and plan periodic budget reviews to identify potential variances:
  • Collect operational and financial data and prepare the weekly management report, reporting to Corporate Management Control.
  • Prepare monthly closings and flash reports, providing analysis of results and any variances against budget.
  • Ensure proper cost allocation in SAP CO, as well as verify 100% reliable data entry in Infomanager.
  • Analyze both reports and work on potential variances.
  • Prepare forecasts.
• Ensure administrative and accounting procedures, as well as the reliability and consistency of information:
  • Monitor collections according to the targets set for the average collection period from suppliers.
  • Interact with insurance companies for the submission of insured capital data and control the corresponding invoicing.
  • Carry out rigorous control over administrative processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.

This is a responsibility position in the management control area, in which you will contribute to the operational steering and decision-making of the delegation, through the analysis and provision of financial information in a reliable and consistent manner.
