What we're looking for

  • Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, Business Central, Navision, Oracle, or similar).
  • Minimum B2 English is essential.

The role

Responsible for managing direct and indirect purchases, ensuring the supply of internal and external providers, reviewing invoicing, maintaining updated prices, and managing the creation, modification, and deletion of references in the system.

What you'll do

  • Management of direct and indirect purchases from external providers.
  • Management of internal provider supply.
  • Negotiation of prices, terms, and supply conditions.
  • Follow-up of purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Review and validation of supplier invoices.
  • Control and updating of price lists.
  • Creation, modification, and deletion of references and master data.
  • Searching for and qualifying new suppliers.
  • Preparation of purchasing reports and KPIs.
  • Management of incidents related to purchasing and supply.
