We are looking for a Purchasing Technician for our client located in Madrid.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Purchasing Technician who reports directly to the Purchasing Manager, so you will have the opportunity to:

Ensure operational flow: You will receive and review purchase requests, ensuring they meet our standards and operational processes.
Turn requests into realities: You will convert purchase requests into formal orders quickly and accurately.
Manage the order lifecycle: You will be the key person for processing any changes, rescheduling, price or quantity adjustments, and cancellations.
Secure commitments: You will coordinate with suppliers to ensure order acknowledgments and obtain firm delivery dates.
Drive follow-up (Expediting): You will proactively monitor orders to anticipate any delays and ensure everything arrives on time.
Care for every detail: You will ensure maximum accuracy in operational and financial data (accounts, projects, shipping addresses, and supplier information).
Solve challenges: You will act as the key point of contact for resolving incidents, disputes, and issues with suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Residence in Madrid or nearby areas
Own vehicle
University degree
Knowledge of systems such as: SAGE, SAP, NAVIGATION…
