What we're looking for
We are looking for an analytical, organized person committed to continuous improvement, capable of combining knowledge of purchasing processes and tools with data analysis to generate useful information and support decision-making.
We expect you to have:
- A university degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in consulting for Supply Chain, Procurement, or in roles related to data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or operations transformation.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data processing, and report generation.
- Knowledge of purchasing systems and tools (SAP, Jaggaer, or similar environments).
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards, analysis, and data visualization.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to structure information and prepare clear, visual, executive-level presentations.
- Planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ease of working in a team and collaborating with different areas and profiles.
- Communication skills and the ability to present conclusions clearly and concisely.
Nice to have

We are looking for a person to join the Purchasing Planning and Processes Area at our Madrid office. We are seeking a profile with an analytical mindset, a focus on quality, and the ability to understand and improve purchasing processes. You will play a key role in transforming data into valuable information for decision-making, optimizing tools and systems in the area, and driving continuous improvement of the purchasing function.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain periodic reports that facilitate monitoring of activity, key indicators, and objectives of the Purchasing Area.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, structuring information in a clear, visual, and decision-oriented manner.
- Collect, review, and consolidate information from various tools and systems used in Purchasing.
- Collaborate in planning initiatives, projects, and activities for the Purchasing Area.
- Analyze processes, data, and tools to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the purchasing function.
