The role

The Telecare Service of UTE ASISPA-SUARA aims to help elderly, disabled, or dependent people continue living in their homes, safely and reducing the risk of isolation. In addition to acting in emergencies, the service also acts preventively by maintaining continuous telephone contact with the user.

We are looking for two people (one for the morning shift and one for the afternoon shift) to temporarily assume for approximately 2 months the functions of reception at our offices in Rambla Muntanya (Horta), combining in-person assistance with the making and management of calls for the Telecare service.

What you'll do

  • Attend to users who visit the offices for key handover, terminal returns, resolving doubts, or other matters related to the service.

  • Receive and attend to the various providers accessing the offices.

  • Perform the opening and closing of the reception area.

  • Make welcome and service familiarization calls to users and their contacts.

  • Make scheduled follow-up calls according to the periodicity established by the service.

  • Follow up on technical alarms from devices installed in homes that do not require specialized technical knowledge.

  • Make calls linked to specific telecare protocols and programs, such as PCUIDA, adapting the communication to each situation.

  • Participate in specific campaigns and actions for promotion or linking to community services and programs.

  • Register and code communications and actions performed in Care360, incorporating the necessary information to ensure follow-up.

  • Manage complaints and claims from users and/or relatives according to established protocols.

  • Attend to crisis or emergency situations, applying action protocols and performing subsequent follow-up of the situation.

  • Mobilize, when necessary, the corresponding resources (Mobile Unit, SEM, firefighters, or other resources) according to the established protocol.
