WHAT WILL THE SELECTION PROCESS BE LIKE? The selection process consists of the following stages:

  • An initial interview with People via GMeets so we can learn more about your interests and previous experiences.
  • Completion of a brief behavioral and cognitive assessment that, we promise, will take no more than 20 minutes and can be done comfortably from home (or any quiet place you choose).
  • Final in-person interview with the director of Performanze and the COO.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a product management or analysis role within technology environments, with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making. Training in engineering or similar is valued.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, critical thinking, ability to work in an interdisciplinary team environment, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, familiarity with agile product development methodologies, ability to create product roadmaps and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Looker Datastudio, or PowerBI. Experience with product-specific platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude will be valued.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python for data analysis) is a plus.
