Analytical Product Manager

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a product management or analysis role within technological environments, with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making. Training in engineering or similar is valued.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, critical thinking, ability to work in an interdisciplinary team environment, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Knowledge in data analysis, familiarity with agile product development methodologies, ability to create product roadmaps, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Looker Datastudio, or PowerBI. Use of product-specific platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude will be valued.
• Basic programming knowledge (for example, Python for data analysis) is a plus.

We are looking for an Analytical Product Manager capable of combining rigorous analytical skills with a creative approach toward product management. The ideal candidate will lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data to inform product development and improvement strategies. They must identify market opportunities, optimize the user experience, and drive products toward commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of user and market data to inform product strategy.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps based on data analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and IT teams to ensure that product specifications are implemented in accordance with the strategic vision.
