Full Stack Product Engineer

We are looking for an engineer who feels comfortable both optimizing a SQL query and explaining to a client why a technical feature will bring more value than another. You will be the bridge between technology and the client's vision.

• End-to-End Development: Lead the full cycle (architecture, implementation and deployment) of robust applications in Node.js and React.
  

• Client Management & Consulting: Participate in meetings with clients to capture requirements, manage expectations on timelines and explain technical solutions in a simple way (without unnecessary jargon).
  

• Product Thinking: You don't just execute a ticket ; you question the "why" and propose improvements in UX or in the business logic to maximize the client's ROI.
  

• Architecture and APIs: Design scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) and efficient data models that support business growth.
  

• IA-Assisted Ops: Use AI tools (Copilot, code agents) to accelerate development and focus on complex logic and architecture challenges.
  

• Experience: 3-5 years working in agile environments.
  

• Frontend: Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript. Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect and fluid interfaces.
  

• Backend: Solid experience in Node.js (preferred) or Python/PHP, with a focus on security and performance.
  

• Databases: Expert management of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  

• Basic DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker and deployment in Cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud or Supabase).
  

• Translational Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with empathy and clarity.
  

• Proactivity: You don't wait for the problem to arrive; you identify bottlenecks and propose the solution before it affects the client.
  

• Ownership: You take responsibility for the success of the final product, not just for the code "working".

Buscamos a un ingeniero/a que se sienta cómodo/a tanto optimizando una consulta en SQL como explicando a un cliente por qué una funcionalidad técnica aportará más valor que otra. Serás el puente entre la tecnología y la visión del cliente.

• End-to-End Development: Liderar el ciclo completo (arquitectura, implementación y despliegue) de aplicaciones robustas en Node.js y React.
  

• Client Management & Consulting: Participar en reuniones con clientes para capturar requisitos, gestionar expectativas de tiempos y explicar soluciones técnicas de forma sencilla (sin tecnicismos innecesarios).
  

• Product Thinking: No te limitas a ejecutar un ticket ; cuestionas el "por qué" y propones mejoras en la UX o en la lógica de negocio para maximizar el ROI del cliente.
  

• Arquitectura y APIs: Diseñar APIs escalables (REST/GraphQL) y modelos de datos eficientes que soporten el crecimiento del negocio.
  

• IA-Assisted Ops: Utilizar herramientas de IA (Copilot, agentes de código) para acelerar el desarrollo y centrarte en los retos de lógica compleja y arquitectura.
  

• Experiencia: 3-5 años trabajando en entornos ágiles.
  

• Frontend: Dominio avanzado de React y TypeScript. Capacidad para traducir diseños de Figma en interfaces píxel-perfect y fluidas.
