Education & certifications

What you'll do

To ensure that the equipment and machinery used in the Surexport industry function correctly and efficiently.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will perform:

· Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, in accordance with the annual preventive plan and corrective needs, mainly during the production season.

· Repair of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults, primarily.

· Preventive and corrective handling of Serfruit anthropomorphic robots.

· PLC programming for machines: Omron and Siemens.

· Collaboration with machinery suppliers / partners in performing adjustments and programming of machines or industrial production lines.

· Reading of diagrams and assembly of electrical panels.

· Development and troubleshooting of machine malfunctions due to communication protocol issues (Profibus, Ethernet), in coordination with the IT Department.

· Within preventive and corrective activities, mechanical functions involving the control of transmission chains, belts, bearings, slings, pulleys, etc.

· Application of protocols, procedures, and work instructions developed in a standard manner following safety, quality, and environmental criteria.
