What you'll do

We are looking for a person who wants to carry out their internships in the External Warehouse Administration area, supporting the team in administrative tasks and the monitoring of logistics operations. They will have the opportunity to learn about warehouse management processes, documentation, and coordination with different departments.

Support in administrative management related to external warehouses.
Collaboration in the control and monitoring of the entry and exit of goods.
Review, organization, and filing of logistics documentation.
Support in coordination and communication with external warehouses and internal departments.
Monitoring of administrative incidents and collaboration in their resolution.
Updating information in the company's management tools and systems.
Preparation and updating of basic reports and monitoring charts.
Learning and participation in the improvement of the area's administrative processes.

What are the requirements for this position?

Currently studying a Vocational Training Cycle (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Administration and Finance, Transport and Logistics, or related degrees.
Good command of office tools (especially Excel).
Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and orientation toward teamwork.
Proactivity
Conversational English is desirable
