What you'll do
Coordinate and execute the administrative processes linked to the GECCO program (hiring management at origin) to ensure correct planning, execution, and monitoring of temporary worker migration flows, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and facilitating an efficient and orderly experience for workers and the company.
- Comprehensive administrative management of the GECCO process and other Circular Migration Projects: application, document processing, monitoring, and coordination with official bodies (SEPE, immigration authorities, consulates, etc.).
- Process and manage administrative fees, work permits, and visas related to the circular migration program.
- Supervise the correct preparation and submission of the documentation required by the competent authorities.
- Perform regular monitoring to ensure compliance with the deadlines and legal requirements of each project.
- Manage the organization and filing of documents related to migrant workers, ensuring availability for audits or inspections.
- Keep databases updated with information regarding the permits and administrative statuses of the workers.
- Facilitate communication between the company and public administrations to resolve inquiries and administrative procedures.
- Collaborate in the onboarding and documentation of migrant workers, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Proactively carry out periodic checks with associations and authorities to verify the status of administrative procedures, identifying possible risks or delays.
- Prepare administrative reports and summaries on the progress and results of the circular migration project processes.
- Participate in the updating of internal procedures related to administrative labor management.
- Participate in contact processes, selection, meetings, etc., with origin or national authorities.
- Promote contact with the hired workers to communicate and keep them up to date on return processes, signing of return agreements, etc.
- Support the Integrated Quality Management System of their area, collaborating with the Quality Department or any other area in all those aspects related to internal or external audits that the Group
