What you'll do
We are looking for a person who wants to carry out their internship under the supervision of Surexport's Social Integration Technician, collaborating in various actions aimed at promoting the wellbeing of migrant workers and supporting the technical team in monitoring their needs, as well as in improving coexistence and their living conditions.
- Support in monitoring the wellbeing of migrant workers.
- Collaboration in the detection of social and personal needs.
- Participation in reception and integration activities.
- Support in conducting visits to accommodations and observing coexistence conditions.
- Collaboration in the preparation of reports and monitoring records.
- Participation in workshops and informative talks for workers.
- Support in the management and resolution of coexistence incidents, under supervision.
- Collaboration with the social team in inclusion, equality, and diversity activities.
- Support in administrative tasks related to social intervention.
- Participation in monitoring meetings with the work team.
