Billing and Order Management Administrator

You will have a key role coordinating billing processes, orders, and administrative support.

• Manage the issuance, review, and follow-up of invoices and associated administrative documentation. Perform administrative support tasks linked to accounting and financial processes. Process orders and follow up on their correct management until delivery. Manage delivery notes and resolve administrative incidents related to orders and documentation. Keep documentation for customers, suppliers, and internal processes up to date. Provide administrative support to different areas of the company. Manage records, references, and documentation related to the receipt of goods. Collaborate in the optimization and organization of internal administrative processes.

• You have previous experience in administrative positions, especially in billing, administration, or accounting. You have knowledge in document management, billing, and administrative process follow-up. You handle Excel and business management tools or billing programs with ease. You stand out for your organization, attention to detail, and planning capacity. You have the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities. You are a proactive, decisive person oriented toward teamwork. You reside in Madrid or have the possibility of a daily commute to the offices.
