From our Torrejón office we are selecting a ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for an important company located in TORREJÓN DE ARDOZ.

What you'll do

Invoice integration: reviewing invoice entry in ITSoft and correcting errors to ensure their correct registration.
Accounting in SAP: Data validation, registration of invoices and credit notes, and resolution of incidents with delegations.
Transport management in internal program: matching services with invoices, reviewing differences, and coordinating with agencies.
Supplier relations: handling inquiries, resolving incidents, and monitoring debt and payments.
Preparation of payments: verification of due dates, blocks, and documentation to include invoices in remittances.
Reconciliation and audits: reconciliation of balances and delivery of reliable documentation in internal and external audits.
