The role

If you enjoy working in the kitchen and perform well in dynamic services, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of an important event where you can put your experience and organizational skills into practice.

Your mission will be to contribute to the correct development of the service, guaranteeing quality preparation and collaborating with the team to offer a satisfactory experience to the event attendees.

What you'll do

You will prepare and plate the different dishes following the established instructions and standards.
You will organize the mise en place to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
You will collaborate in the development of à la carte and cafeteria services.
You will maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene and food safety standards at your workstation.
You will work in a coordinated manner with the rest of the kitchen team to meet service times.

How you'll work

30, 31 and 1: from 15:00 to 23:00 hours.
From the 3rd to the 7th: from 15:15 to 23:15 hours.

Requirements

What will help you get off to a good start:

Previous experience as a cook, with special value placed on experience in à la carte services, restaurants, or cafeterias.
Having worked in events or services with high workloads will allow you to adapt quickly to the pace of service.
Availability to work on the indicated dates.

You are an organized, resourceful person accustomed to working in a team.
You adapt easily to dynamic environments and peaks of activity.

Cooking techniques, mise en place management, stock control, HACCP regulations, and food safety.
