What you'll do
- Define
and implement the global EHS and Quality strategy aligned with
corporate objectives. - Lead
cultural transformation and organizational change projects. - Standardize
management systems, procedures and best practices across the
various sites. - Act
as a strategic reference for Management in matters of safety,
quality, sustainability and risk management. - Drive
Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects at an international level. - Guarantee
compliance with applicable legal regulations and corporate
standards. - Lead
the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 14001
and ISO 45001 systems. - Ensure
compliance with Seveso, ATEX, APQ regulations and legislation related
to hazardous chemical products. - Develop
and implement prevention plans, risk management, process safety and
emergency response. - Promote
a preventive and sustainability culture throughout the organization. - Lead
Quality and Food Safety Management Systems at a global level. - Guarantee
compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP standards and other
regulatory and customer requirements. - Manage
internal and external audits. - Drive
process improvement, structured problem solving and
customer satisfaction. - Collaborate
closely with the Operations, Engineering and Supply
