We are looking for a person capable of driving a culture of total safety and zero harm, with a direct impact on the protection of people, risk management, and continuous improvement across multiple sites internationally.

Lead and govern the Group's Health and Safety strategy, ensuring the protection of people, legal compliance, and the continuous reduction of operational risk across all sites.

• Group Health and Safety strategy and governance

Define and implement the Group's Health and Safety strategy, policies, and standards across all locations.

Establish a common risk management framework for all industrial activities.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize operational risks, ensuring robust mitigation plans.

Report regularly to senior management on risk exposure, incidents, trends, and critical issues.

Ensure that safety is integrated into all processes under a common working philosophy.

• Legal compliance and corporate assurance

Ensure full compliance with all applicable Health and Safety regulations at local, national, and international levels.

Lead internal and external audits and manage all certifications and legal requirements.

Act as the main point of contact with authorities, inspectors, and external bodies on Health and Safety matters.

Assess the knowledge of Group personnel regarding regulations, risks, and prevention measures.

Adapt machinery to meet regulatory compliance.

• Safety culture, leadership, and training

Drive a strong and proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Define and implement training and awareness programs throughout the company.

Ensure clear communication and the consistent application of policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Performance management and continuous improvement

Define and monitor the Group's Health and Safety KPIs and performance dashboards.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses.

Ensure the systematic investigation of incidents, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions across the Group.

• Emergency preparedness and crisis management

Define and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans.

Ensure the preparedness of all sites through drills, procedures, and the availability of safety equipment.
