What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring efficient production, proper team organization, and the highest product quality.

Plan and organize the nursery's daily and weekly tasks.
Coordinate and supervise work teams, allocating resources and priorities.
Monitor production and ensure compliance with established targets.
Supervise planting, transplanting, pruning, irrigation, and crop maintenance work.
Control plant quality and detect any potential issues.
Supervise fertilization, treatments, and the overall condition of the crop.
Coordinate order preparation, plant selection, and stock control.
Manage the use of agricultural machinery and coordinate maintenance needs.
Analyze results and propose improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and performance.
Work closely with Management, actively participating in decision-making and the organization's evolution.
