The role

Do you have experience in the agricultural sector leading teams and working in the field?We are looking for a Farm Manager with a practical and operational profile, capable of coordinating the daily tasks of the farm, managing people, and resolving incidents on the ground.Your main functions would be:Organizing and supervising daily field work.

We are looking for a person who leads from the ground, who knows field work firsthand, and who combines team coordination with the ability to act and resolve when necessary.

What you'll do

Coordinating teams and controlling productivity.

Coordination of the different ETTs and personnel.

Resolving incidents related to production, personnel, or machinery.

Ensuring safety and the correct use of resources.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Friday and Saturdays during the season.
