Multi-skilled Assembly Operator

At Synergie, we are looking for a Multiskilled Assembly Operator to join an
industrial company in Rubí specializing in the manufacture of safety valves
for sectors such as chemical, petrochemical, and oil & gas.

Main duties

• Assembly and
  marking of valves and their components following the instructions and the
  available technical documentation.
• Preparation
  of parts for subsequent testing on the test bench.
• Handling of the
  robot for part extraction and use of special manual assembly
  machines.
• Disassembly of valves for
  repair processes.
• Polishing of
  parts, seats, discs, and components using a lapping machine.
• Completion
  of production documentation and proper use of control means.
• Identification
  and control of materials and products during the process.
• Communication
  of product, process, machinery, or safety anomalies to the Production
  manager.
• Maintenance
  of order, cleanliness, and the good condition of the workstation and work tools.
• Strict compliance
  with occupational risk prevention regulations.

• Training related to electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, mechanical manufacturing, or similar.
• Experience in industrial assembly and the handling of manual tools and machinery.
• Responsible, multiskilled person with a good attitude.
• Availability to join immediately and work an intensive morning shift.

Mechanical assembly, reading technical drawings, handling manual and electric tools, quality control of the final product.
