They are currently looking to incorporate a Mechatronics Field Service Technician - Converting Machinery to carry out installation, commissioning, and after-sales service in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and Italy.

What you'll do

Main functions:

Perform mechatronic technical assistance interventions at customer manufacturing facilities in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Execute corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment.
Participate in the installation of new machinery, commissioning, and startup of new equipment (converting lines, rollers, motors, belts, etc.).
Inspect machines, motors, drives, rollers, and other components, performing diagnostic tests to identify operational issues.
Diagnose and resolve urgent technical breakdowns in installed equipment.
Participate in improvement, upgrade, and retrofit projects for machinery.
Advise customers on maintenance best practices and preventive measures to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Higher Level Vocational Training or equivalent technical degree in Industrial Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Assistance Service (SAT) or Field Service, performing installations and technical interventions in industrial environments.
Technical English level
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
Valid driver's license.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally (70% of the working day) 150 days per year
Flexible schedule.
