The role

🚗 Do you have experience in customer service, mechanical knowledge and want to work stably and develop yourself in the leading mobility company in Andalusia? We are looking for you!

We are selecting experienced Service Advisors for one of our workshops in Seville.

What you'll do

✅ Vehicle reception and initial workshop analysis.
📅 Appointment planning and management.
🛠️ Distribution of workloads (quick service and general mechanics).
📋 Opening and monitoring of work orders.
🚘 Repair follow-up and communication with customers.
💰 Preparation of quotes.
⚡ Incident resolution and personalized attention.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Automotive.
✔️ Previous experience in a workshop or dealership.
✔️ Experience in customer service.
✔️ B driving license.
✔️ Residence near the workplace.
✔️ Profile oriented towards results and customer satisfaction.
✔️ Capacity for organization, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
✔️ Fluent use of digital tools and brand protocols.
