We are looking for our next GENIUS for the BMW/MINI brand in Seville. A key figure in the customer experience within the commercial area, who accompanies, advises, and generates a differential experience from the very first contact.

What you'll do

🎯 What will you do as a GENIUS at BMW/MINI?

You will be the first visible face in customer service.
You will accompany and advise the customer during their first steps before being attended to by the sales advisor.
You will provide information on initial services such as financing, interest rates, etc.
You will guide the customer during the vehicle delivery, resolving questions regarding use or configuration.
You will support the sales team in key day-to-day tasks.
