What you'll do

Demand management
- Receive, analyze, and prioritize requests.
- Evaluate the impact and feasibility of new initiatives.
Estimates and assessments
- Prepare effort, cost, and time estimates.
- Validate estimates with technical and business teams.
Planning and monitoring
- Create and maintain schedules.
- Control milestones and deliverables.
- Report progress and risks to stakeholders.
Team organization and operational coordination
- Assign tasks and supervise their execution.
- Facilitate planning and follow-up meetings.
- Manage dependencies between teams and areas.
Scope management
- Define project objectives and deliverables.
- Control changes and manage deviations.
Risk management
- Identify potential risks.
- Design and execute mitigation plans.
Quality control
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Validate deliverables before acceptance.
