The role
We are looking for a Senior Multidisciplinary Architect with extensive experience in the technical leadership of large-scale projects with complex Cloud architectures and deep specialization in the area of Platform Engineering.

- Oversee code quality, performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.
- Define and implement DevOps and CI/CD strategies under the Everything as Code and GitOps paradigms.
- Lead the construction of assets that can accelerate the implementation of IDPs (Internal Developer Platforms) for clients.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standards for the development team.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure the adoption of the Platform Engineering paradigm.
- Identify and manage technical risks, proposing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Support the project manager in effort estimation and task planning.
- Position yourself as the key technical point of contact / advisor for the client and validate previously designed solutions with them.
- Promote the continuous improvement of internal standards and practices based on lessons learned from projects.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in the development and implementation of complex software solutions for clients, with at least 5 years as a technical lead, defining Cloud architectures and coordinating multidisciplinary teams with direct client interaction.
- Proven experience in the implementation of modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) management platforms, with approaches such as IDP (Internal Developer Platform), Everything as Code (Infrastructure as Code, Policies as Code, etc.), and GitOps.
