The role

We are looking for a professional Project Manager with solid experience in managing technological projects in the Andalusian public sector. They will join our Operations team, where they will provide support, both in the delivery and monitoring of services, and in the preparation of value propositions adapted to the requirements of each project.

Although we will give priority to candidates from Seville, we will also consider candidates from other areas of Andalusia, especially Granada.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Management of technological projects in the Public Sector, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring milestones, planning, cost control, and client relations.
Supervision and support in the execution of ongoing services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and established quality standards.
Active participation in the preparation of technical and economic proposals and bids, in collaboration with sales and technical departments.
Drafting and structuring documentation for public tenders and competitions, including technical reports, schedules, work teams, and compliance annexes.
Analysis of tender specifications and public procurement requirements, identifying risks, opportunities, and key constraints.
Liaising with public sector clients, both during the execution phase and in the pre-sales phase, facilitating the technical and functional understanding of the proposed solutions.
