• Comprehensively manage carrier-based electronic warfare projects, ensuring compliance with scope, deadline, and cost objectives.
• Perform planning monitoring and economic control of the project.
• Manage the contractual relationship and act as the primary interlocutor with the client.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors involved in the project.
• Lead the coordination between the different areas of the company: engineering, production, ILS, and other support areas.
• Apply corporate methodologies, processes, and tools to guarantee the correct execution of projects.

We want to recruit a Project Manager with experience in technological project management within Defense and Security environments to join carrier-based electronic warfare projects, leading the coordination of technical, contractual, and operational activities with national and international clients.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in technological project management or coordination.
• Knowledge of planning, cost monitoring, and project control.
• Experience in client management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• High level of English for communication with international clients and collaborators.
