Professionals with the ability to coordinate teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure that each project is developed with the highest quality standards, maximizing operational efficiency and economic profitability.

Your mission will be to convert designed solutions into fully operational services, leading their end-to-end deployment, minimizing risks, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a successful transition toward the target model defined for each client.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THE CHALLENGE

• Consolidated experience of at least 3 years in the implementation, management, and evolution of technological projects in large organizations and Public Administrations.
• In the coordination of complex projects, interacting with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the fulfillment of business and service objectives.
• In the management of relationships with clients and partners, participating in the definition, monitoring, and improvement of technological services and solutions.
• Ability to operate in highly complex environments, managing priorities, expectations, and the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• In the management of meetings with clients, identifying needs, generating trust, and facilitating the construction of value proposals aligned with their objectives.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

• Knowledge of the audiovisual ecosystem, including technologies, solutions, and services associated with the sector.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and investment evaluation, with the ability to interpret and develop business cases using indicators such as NPV, IRR, payback, and profitability.
• Ability to communicate and present solutions clearly and effectively to different stakeholders, both business and technical.
• Knowledge and application of negotiation techniques, both with clients and suppliers, reaching balanced agreements oriented toward value generation for all parties.
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written, with the ability to present, defend, and negotiate high-impact proposals before stakeholders of different levels of responsibility and decision-making.

• Specialized training in the audiovisual field and/or Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, or equivalent training linked to the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) field.
• Training and certifications in project and service management methodologies, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalents.

THE CHALLENGES YOU WILL FACE IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Leadership and integral project management:

• You will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, guaranteeing rigorous management and fluid communication with the client through appropriate coordination, information, and reporting mechanisms.
• You will ensure the correct implementation of the contracted solutions and services, supervising their evolution and guaranteeing compliance with the scope, quality, deadline, and cost commitments defined with the client.
• You will coordinate the various teams and areas involved in the project, driving collaboration and ensuring execution aligned with the established objectives.

Coordination of implementation and commissioning

• You will manage the complete provision cycle, from order placement to the installation, configuration, commissioning, and transfer to operations of the services.
• You will monitor the technical and operational execution of the project, identifying possible deviations and promoting the necessary actions to guarantee their correct resolution.
• You will supervise compliance with agreements established with suppliers and external collaborators, validating the quality of the services provided and ensuring compliance with contractual conditions.

Technical coordination and global project vision:

• You will act as a reference in the technical coordination of complex and multidisciplinary projects, providing an integral vision that facilitates the correct execution of each phase and component.
• You will guarantee alignment between the different participating teams, facilitating decision-making and offering the client a unified and consistent vision of the project.
• You will collaborate closely with the different areas of the company to resolve incidents, manage dependencies, and ensure the success of the projects under your responsibility.

Economic management and profitability control:

• You will perform the economic monitoring of the project during all its phases, identifying risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities.
• You will validate the economic situation in the provision closing phase to guarantee an adequate transfer to operations, ensuring the correct financial evolution of the project.
• You will actively contribute to maximizing the operational efficiency and profitability of the implemented solutions, promoting management oriented toward results and the generation of value for the client.

WORK LOCATION: NATIONAL SCOPE
