Requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an insurance brokerage or in the insurance sector. Experience managing a client portfolio, preferably companies, SMEs, or businesses. Knowledge of products such as Civil Liability, Multi-risk Commercial, or corporate insurance. Level 2 Insurance Distribution Certification. Catalan and Spanish with professional communication skills. Organized, autonomous person with a customer orientation. Communication, advisory, and trust-building relationship skills.

What you'll get
- Stable contract with development possibilities. Competitive salary, 23,000 to 25,000 euros per year. 36-hour work week. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30. Intensive Friday from 09:00 to 15:00. Close, collaborative working environment with a focus on people. What you'll do
- Manage an already established corporate client portfolio. Advise on insurance coverages and solutions adapted to the needs of each client. Review and update policies to guarantee adequate protection of the insured risks. Detect opportunities for improvement and expansion of coverages within the existing portfolio. Resolve inquiries and accompany clients in the management of their insurance. Collaborate with the rest of the team to offer quality service and personalized attention.
