What you'll do
You will join our Fuencarral Maintenance Center (Madrid), becoming part of the Maintenance Engineering team.
Your mission will be to analyze and optimize the mechanical maintenance activities of the trains, defining technical solutions that contribute to improving the safety, maintainability, reliability, and availability of the fleet, providing support to the workshops and participating in the continuous improvement of the product.
To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:
- Prepare technical documentation associated with maintenance, including manuals, incident reports, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Define maintenance processes, work protocols, and tooling necessary to guarantee an efficient and safe execution of interventions.
- Propose, develop, and monitor reliability and availability improvement plans for trains in service.
- Perform calculations, simulations, tests, and technical validations for incident resolution and product improvement.
- Coordinate technical aspects with suppliers and provide support to the workshop in resolving complex problems related to mechanical systems and maintenance processes.
