What will your job consist of?: 🫵🏽

You will join the Project Portfolio Management department at our center located in Las Matas.

Your mission will be to lead the organization in the execution of the Project, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the bid or the contractual obligations acquired with the Client, as well as the internal objectives established in terms of quality, schedule, and cost.


And to do so, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Leading the execution of the bid or the Project, in terms of quality, schedule, and cost, directing the resources made available by the Company through the Project Team assigned by the different departments to the Project.
  • Being responsible for meeting the objectives in the bid or the Project (quality, schedule, and cost).
  • Ensuring compliance with the obligations set out in the bid or the contractual obligations with the Client, acting as the point of contact with them for the execution of the Project.
  • In the case of consortium projects, acting as the point of contact with the Consortium for the execution of the Project.
  • Analyzing the requirements of the bid or the contract, ensuring their distribution to the various areas of the Company involved, and, together with the Procurement Department, their transfer to subcontractors.
  • Monitoring compliance with the requirements of the bid or contractual requirements during the execution phase of the Project, proposing and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Negotiating contract modifications that arise during the development of the Project with the Client, together with the Commercial Department.
  • Directing, managing, and resolving conflicts among the interdisciplinary work groups involved in the bids or projects, in accordance with PR-02.
  • Proactively monitoring the critical path during project execution, identifying and implementing corrective actions together with the different areas of the company.
  • Leading budget monitoring and control, with the collaboration of Management Control, identifying and implementing corrective actions together with the different areas of the company.
  • Preparing, together with the Financial Department, the invoicing and collection plan for the Project, and informing the rest of the Project team and the company areas involved of said plan.
  • Other functions and activities that help address any needs arising within the organization of the center/area.
