Verification and Validation Engineer

You will join the Verification & Validation team at our facility in Las Matas.

Your mission will be to ensure compliance with stakeholder-product requirements, as well as to define product verification and validation plans and lead their execution.

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

• Analysis of design documentation to ensure compliance with customer requests and regulatory requirements
• Review of protocols corresponding to product and system tests.
• Management of traceability between tests and design requirements.
• Execution of tests in static and dynamic environments.
• Management of incidents and modifications during the different tests in the validation phase.
• Execution of troubleshooting tests.
• Drafting and issuance of official test reports.
• Define the product testing strategy
• Define the test plan

What we are looking for in you: 🫱🏼🫲🏽

• Degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
• Experience in carrying out test protocols and executing them, preferably in the railway sector.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of railway regulations and systems.
• Experience with both national and international suppliers and customers.
• Experience in mechanical and pneumatic equipment (HVAC, Brake, Doors) is valued.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally, during the first 12 months and for periods exceeding two weeks per month.

Te integrarás en el equipo de Verificación & Validación en nuestro centro ubicado en Las Matas.

Tu misión será la de asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de stakeholders-producto, así como de definir los planes de verificación y validación del producto y liderar su ejecución.

Y para ello, realizarás funciones como:

• Análisis de documentación de diseño para el cumplimiento de las peticiones del cliente y requisitos normativos
• Revisión de protocolos correspondientes a pruebas de producto y sistemas.
• Gestión de trazabilidad entre pruebas y requisitos de diseño.
• Ejecución de pruebas en ambientes estáticos y dinámicos.
• Gestión de incidencias y modificaciones durante las diferentes pruebas de la fase de validación.
• Ejecución de pruebas de troubleshooting.
• Redacción y emisión de informes de pruebas oficiales.
• Definir la estrategia de pruebas del producto
• Definir el plan de pruebas

Lo que buscamos en ti: 🫱🏼🫲🏽

• Formación de Grado/ Ingeniería industrial, preferentemente Mecánica.
• Experiencia en la realización de protocolos de pruebas y de ejecución de las mismas, preferiblemente en el sector ferroviario.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Conocimientos de normativa y sistemas ferroviarios.
• Experiencia con proveedores y clientes tanto nacionales como internacionales.
• Valorable experiencia en equipos mecánicos y neumáticos (HVAC, Freno, Puertas).
• Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional, durante los primeros 12 meses y en periodos de tiempo superiores a dos semanas al mes.
