Requirements

What you'll do
You will join the Quality Department of our center located in Las Matas (Madrid).
Your mission will be to ensure the dimensional control and verification of railway components and assemblies, guaranteeing compliance with the technical, quality, and manufacturing requirements established for our products.
To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:
- Perform dimensional controls of large welded and mechano-welded assemblies, using equipment such as Laser Tracker, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and total station.
- Execute measurements with conventional metrological equipment (inside and outside micrometers, profilometers, dial bore gauges, and other precision instruments).
- Interpret manufacturing drawings, machined subassemblies, and complex structures, verifying their conformity with technical specifications.
- Perform mechanical material testing (hardness, impact, and tensile strength) and interpret associated certificates and results.
- Record results in management systems, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of quality procedures and instructions.
