Microsoft 365 Administrator - Workplace Administrator (DWP_ADM_JR)

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to perform administration, operation, and support tasks for the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring service continuity and the resolution of user incidents and requests.

What you'll do

Administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Identity management with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Administration of Exchange and SharePoint.
Management, monitoring, and resolution of incidents and requests.
Escalation and monitoring of cases with Microsoft.
Coordination with the Workplace team and compliance with operating procedures.
