We are looking for an Azure Endpoint & Enterprise Applications Administrator with experience in managing Microsoft Cloud environments, specializing in device administration, corporate applications, identity, and security. You will be part of a team responsible for the operation, evolution, and automation of services based on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• You will participate in projects using cutting-edge technologies.

• Administration and support of the Microsoft Intune platform, ensuring the correct management and compliance of corporate devices.
• Lifecycle management of Windows equipment and mobile devices through configuration and security policies.
• Administration of corporate applications (Enterprise Applications), including deployment, updates, and maintenance.
• Identity management and administration through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configuration and maintenance of Conditional Access policies, MFA, and risk-based access controls.
• Implementation and monitoring of hardening, compliance, and security measures aligned with corporate policies.
• Administration of Azure services associated with digital workplace management and enterprise applications.
• Resolution of complex N2 and N3 incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA).
• Platform monitoring through native Microsoft tools, guaranteeing availability and performance.
• Automation of operational tasks and recurring processes through PowerShell and Microsoft automation tools.
• Participation in digital transformation projects, migrations, and the adoption of new cloud solutions.
• Collaboration with architects, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity teams in the design and implementation of technical solutions.
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, operating procedures, and support guides.
• Support for modern workplace initiatives, endpoint management, and continuous improvement of corporate services.
