Property Administrator

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property administration or insurance brokerages managing communities.

• Proven experience in the management of homeowners' associations.

• Fluent and demonstrable use of Gesfincas and, desirably, the IESA environment (Gesfincas, Gesinedi, and TuComunidad).

• Practical experience in processing community claims and multi-risk insurance.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Administrative training, with special value placed on Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration (ADE), Real Estate Management, or similar.

• Knowledge of the Horizontal Property Law (LPH) will be valued.

We are looking for a Property Administrator to join a company specialized in the comprehensive management and administration of estates and properties, providing support to a portfolio of homeowners' associations and managing both administrative operations and claims processing.

• Attention and management of inquiries, incidents, and requests from owners via telephone, email, and in person.

• Daily management of homeowners' associations using Gesfincas, including association files, owners, coefficients, direct debits, and suppliers.

• Issuance of fee remittances, accounting of invoices, and monitoring of non-payments and arrears.

• Preparation of documentation for meetings, notices, account settlements, and the drafting and sending of minutes.

• Opening, processing, and comprehensive follow-up of claims for community multi-risk policies.

• Coordination with brokerages, insurance companies, loss adjusters, and repair companies for the resolution of claims.

• Monitoring of files, deadlines, budgets, deductibles, and indemnities.

• Basic review of policy coverage and support in requesting and comparing renewal offers.

• Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance work with suppliers and technicians.

• Requesting, receiving, and comparing quotes for works and repairs.
