The selected person will work as a functional Consultant serving an industrial client, carrying out SAP HR Payroll projects, both in improvements to existing processes and in new processes.

Duties and responsibilities:

"To be the bridge between business users and technical teams, conveying/translating needs to the developers.

In the deployment of existing solutions (e.g., the S4/HANA template), identify gaps with the defined solution and propose solutions.

Adapt (using SAP Customizing) what is possible, and send what requires development to the technical teams

Perform functional testing, and follow up with Key Users so they perform and sign off on the final UATs

Collaborate in the conversion of master data.

Participate in training users on the new tool
