🚀 Senior Consultant - Knowledge Management

We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Knowledge Management to participate in a strategic project aimed at defining and developing the target Knowledge Management model for a large organization.

The selected person will play a key role in analyzing the current situation, defining the operating and governance models, as well as evaluating technological solutions that allow knowledge to be converted into a strategic asset for the organization.

### 🔹 Main responsibilities

* Analyze the current state of Knowledge Management.

* Identify business needs, processes, and priority use cases.

* Define the target operating model for Knowledge Management.

* Design processes for the creation, validation, maintenance, consumption, and retirement of knowledge.

* Define the governance model for the Knowledge Management function.

* Establish roles and responsibilities: Knowledge Manager, Owners, Contributors, Communities of Practice, etc.

* Define KPIs for adoption, quality, and knowledge value.

* Design mechanisms for control, maintenance, and evolution of the repository.

* Analyze leading tools for Knowledge Management, collaboration, and knowledge-based intelligence.

* Evaluate commercial solutions against in-house developments.

* Define functional, technological, and economic criteria.

* Participate in tool selection processes: demos, comparisons, scoring, and final recommendation.
