We are looking for a Team Lead / Functional Support Analyst to lead a team of 4 people within a functional maintenance service for critical financial systems at a European level.
What you'll do
The selected person will be the link between users, the business, and technical teams, managing service operations, incident analysis, functional testing, and continuous process improvement.
