As a Functional Analyst - Financial Services Application Support, you will become the catalyst and strategic bridge between the Wealth Management business leaders and the cutting-edge development teams. You will not be solving routine problems: you will take on the responsibility of orchestrating L2/L3 support, maintenance, and the constant evolution of a critical multi-year ecosystem spanning from global regulatory reporting to complex cross-border settlement platforms. Your Mission (Your Challenges and Responsibilities)

Be the strategic SPOC: Act as the definitive functional Single Point of Contact for a portfolio of critical applications, leading direct interaction with business users, Product Owners, and provider SMEs internationally.

Lead root cause analysis: Unravel complex incidents in high-priority environments (P1-P3), articulating temporary and permanent solutions under demanding SLAs that ensure the continuity of private banking.

Shape the functional future: Translate the most complex business needs into impeccable user stories, comprehensive process flows, functional specifications (FSD), and business requirement documents (BRD) with a clear purpose.

Ensure production excellence: Design and drive functional test cases, coordinate end-to-end UAT phases, define go/no-go production release committees, and elevate the project's documentation quality.

Dive into deep analysis: Leverage massive databases using SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB) to reconcile regulatory/tax outputs and act as the functional reference point for key audits.

Drive technical evolution: Design shift-left strategies, promote candidates for automation, and bring your analytical vision to code modernization and platform migration.

Your Arsenal (What We Look for in You)

Essential:

Solid track record in functional analysis within Banking, Financial Services, or Asset Management (Asset/Wealth/Private Banking).

Expert proficiency in at least two of these areas: Regulatory Reporting (FATCA, QI, MIFID II, EMIR, etc.); Tax Reporting; Processing and Settlement (Clearstream, Euroclear); GRC (MetricStream) or Financial Operations.

Innate skill for technical documentation: Extensive experience writing BRDs, FSDs, sophisticated use cases, and agile user stories.

Data proficiency: Solid practical knowledge in executing complex SQL queries on Oracle, MS SQL, and/or MongoDB.

Methodological DNA: Strong understanding of ITIL, incident/problem management, and technical support flows within structured corporate environments.

Mastery of ALM tools: Daily experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.

Advanced English (C1): Fluent and professional ability (written and verbal) to lead working sessions and negotiations with client executives and global stakeholders.

We especially value if you also have... (Desirable)

Direct experience with leading platforms such as Morningstar, EasyTax, Fitax, Informatica PowerCenter, or DevOps (scripting in Python, PowerShell, or CI/CD environments).

Understanding of the Swiss financial market infrastructure (SIX SIS AG, FINMA regulations).

Certifications that validate your expertise: ITIL v4, IIBA CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master.

Tu Misión (Tus desafíos y responsabilidades)

Ser el SPOC estratégico: Actuar como el Punto Único de Contacto funcional definitivo para un portafolio de aplicaciones críticas, liderando la interacción directa con usuarios de negocio, Product Owners y pymes proveedoras a nivel internacional.

Liderar el análisis de causa raíz: Desentrañar incidentes complejos en entornos de alta prioridad (P1-P3), articulando soluciones temporales y definitivas bajo exigentes SLAs que garantizan la continuidad de la banca privada.

Modelar el futuro funcional: Traducir las necesidades más complejas del negocio en historias de usuario impecables, flujos de procesos integrales, especificaciones funcionales (FSD) y documentos de requerimientos de negocio (BRD) con un propósito claro.

Garantizar la excelencia en producción: Diseñar e impulsar casos de prueba funcionales, coordinar de extremo a extremo las fases de UAT, definir los comités de salida a producción (go/no-go) y elevar la calidad documental del proyecto.

Sumergirte en el análisis profundo: Explotar bases de datos masivas mediante SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB) para conciliar salidas regulatorias/fiscales y actuar como el referente funcional ante auditorías clave.

Impulsar la evolución técnica: Diseñar estrategias de shift-left, promover candidatos para automatización y aportar tu visión analítica para la modernización de código y migración de plataformas.

Tu Arsenal (¿Qué buscamos en ti?)

Imprescindible:

Sólida trayectoria en análisis funcional dentro de Banca, Servicios Financieros o Gestión de Activos (Asset/Wealth/Private Banking).

Dominio experto en al menos dos de estas áreas: Reportes Regulatorios (FATCA, QI, MIFID II, EMIR, etc.); Reportes Fiscales; Procesamiento y Liquidación (Clearstream, Euroclear); GRC (MetricStream) u Operaciones Financieras.

Habilidad innata para la documentación técnica: Amplia experiencia redactando BRDs, FSDs, casos de uso sofisticados e historias de usuario ágiles.

Destreza con datos: Buen conocimiento práctico en la ejecución de consultas SQL complejas sobre Oracle, MS SQL y/o MongoDB.

ADN metodológico: Sólido entendimiento de ITIL, gestión de incidentes/problemas y flujos de soporte técnico dentro de entornos corporativos estructurados.

Dominio de herramientas ALM: Experiencia diaria con ServiceNow, JIRA y Confluence.

Inglés Avanzado (C1): Capacidad fluida y profesional (escrita y verbal) para liderar sesiones de trabajo y negociaciones con los directivos del cliente y stakeholders globales.

Valoramos especialmente si además... (Deseable)

Cuentas con experiencia directa en plataformas líderes como Morningstar, EasyTax, Fitax, Informatica PowerCenter o DevOps (scripting en Python, PowerShell o entornos CI/CD).
